The Rooms
All of the 30, newly renovated guest rooms boast uninterrupted views of the unparalleled moors and a 180-degree view of the expansive salt marsh and sand dunes. Cape Cod Bay unfolds along the endless horizon just beyond. Quite simply, it is one of the most captivating views in Provincetown and the entire Cape.
Upper Deck rooms have a balcony and better views of the moors. Sea Level guestrooms enjoy easy access to the pool and barbecue area and enveloping eye-level views of the moor.
All rooms have:
- in room air conditioning and heat controls (whisper quiet)
- private baths
- cube refrigerators
- cable television
- ceiling fans
- in-room telephones (with free local calling)
- free WiFi in every room
- are non-smoking
- are accessible without stairs
Other amenities include:
- daily housekeeping (until noon)
- continental breakfast (yogurt, pastry, boiled eggs, fruit, juice, coffee and tea) from 7:30 to 11 a.m.
- For picnics and bike rides, you'll find soft drinks and bottled waters in the vending machines and free ice.
The Grounds
The grounds offer a beautifully landscaped, heated pool, which essentially abuts nature. You'll also feel right at home with a barbecue and picnic tables.

- We are open May 15 – October 26.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Add $20/night for each additional person.
- Add 9.7% room tax.

Policies
Reservations & Minimum Night Stays
- A minimum of two nights is required over Quiet Season weekends.
- Three nights are required over July and August weekends — with the exception of July 4th, Carnival and Women's week, which require a 4-night stay.
- We may be able to accommodate shorter visits during the week so customers should call us directly at 1.800.842.6379 with requests for 1 or 2 nights.
- Check-in 2PM / Check-out 11 AM
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of two nights or more. A full night's deposit is required for a single night's stay.
Payment
Visa/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER and cash are accepted. Personal checks are accepted for deposits.
Cancellations / Refunds
Refunds (minus a $30 cancellation fee) require one week's notice for the Quiet Season and 21 days for the Summer Season, holidays, and special events. After the reservation cancellation period has passed, the deposit (less the cancellation fee) will be refunded if the room can be rebooked. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
