May 14 - June 17 and September 7 - October 24
(Friday & Saturday, Holidays, & Women's Week)

Reservations & Minimum Night Stays

• Two night minimum is required over Quiet Season weekends.
• Three nights are required over July and August weekends, holidays and Women's Week.
• Four night minimum for Carnival Week.
• We may be able to accommodate shorter visits during the week so customers should call us directly at 1.800.842.6379 with requests for 1 or 2 nights.
• Check-in 2PM / Check-out 11 AM

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of two nights or more. A full night's deposit is required for a single night's stay.

Payment
VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER and Cash are accepted. Personal checks are accepted for deposits atleast 3 weeks before arrival date (As personal checks can take up to 21 days to clear the bank).

Rates and Policies subject to change; book your reservations early.

Cancellations / Refunds
Refunds (minus a $30 cancellation fee) require one week's notice for the Quiet Season and 21 days for the Summer Season, holidays, and special events. After the reservation cancellation period has passed, the deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. There are no refunds for medical and/or family emergencies, inclement weather, transportation problems, etc. Please consider TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances or occurrences.
